When it comes to test taking, most people experience some anxiety. This anxiety can pop up before, during or even after the test has been completed. Although anxiety is a common response to exams, it has the potential to affect your overall performance. Before the exam

Preparation is key in the battle against test taking anxiety. Give yourself enough time to review your material and set up a checklist to make sure you cover all the necessary areas.
